Thursday- February 26
10:00-10:30 am Registration & dormitories check in - HVC Lobby
10:30 am Welcoming - HVC Church
11:00-12:35 pm Rehearsals- Session 1.
Choir @ HVC Church/ Band @ Music room/ Handbells @ HVC Fellowship Hall;/ Strings @ HVA Library
12:50p-1:15 pm - Lunch
1:15pm - 2:45pm - Rehearsals- Session 2
2:45 - 3:15 pm- HVA Aerials - Gymnastics show.
3:20 - 4:30 pm - Rehearsals- Session 3 (All groups)
6:00-6:15 Supper - Cafeteria
6:45-7:45 pm- Rec time
7:30 - Worship - Boys at Boy's Dorm Chapel; Girls @ Girls' dorm chapel (Deans).
8:00-9:00 - REC - HVA Gym (for festival participants & sponsors )
9:00 - Dorms.
10:00 - Lights Out.
7:15am Breakfast - Cafeteria
8:00-8:30 Worship - HVC Church (Pr. Elijah)
8:45-10:15 Rehearsals- Session 4 -
10:15-10:40 Break (groups take a break in the open campus by volleyball and soccer field, boys dorm basketball court may be used).
10:40 -11:30 - Rehearsal Session 5
11:30- 12:15 pm - Lunch
(12:15 to 1:00 pm- Handbells move to the gym.)
1:00-2:00 pm - Final Rehearsals (Handbells & Strings @ the gym- 1/2 hour each; Band @ Music room; Choir @ Church)
2:00 - 2:30 pm - Choir @ gym (Band move instruments to the gym, (Handbells done for the day) 2:30-3:15 pm - Band @ the gym. (Choir - done for the day)
6:30 pm Vespers & Dinner @ caffeteria
10:00 pm Lights Out - Dorms
Friday - February 27
9:15-9:45 am Breakfast - at dormitories (breakfast bags will be provided during Friday supper)
9:55 am Sabbath School - HVC Youth Chapel
10:40 am Choir Warm Up - HVC Youth Chapel
10:50 am Divine Service - HVC Church.
12:30 pm Lunch/Change for Concert - Café/Dorms
1:30-2:30 pm - Warmup Rehearsal - HVA Gym (1. Band 2. Choir, 3. Handbells, 4. Strings - 20 min each group- Band remains on stage)
2:45 pm Line up for Concert - HVA Gym
3:00 pm Concert - HVA Gym.
After Concert - Thank you for coming! See you next year!
